What we need from the WWA team
- Review or amend the intake on each active project. Most fields are already pre-filled from what we have. You're correcting where we got it wrong, filling in where we left it open.
- Approve the persona direction — Hannah, Devin, and Simone as a system, not just three names. The cultural-permission test is a hard gate before any creative ships.
- Flag missing source docs. Three client strategy docs (Now-to-North-Star Bridge · Retail Activation Matrix · Mahogany Brief for Devin VMS) are referenced in the project but not in our intake folder. If those exist, we'd like them.
- Approve next-ship creative via the storyboard pages once they land per project.
