First-ship Angle 2 (Family Health Wake-Up Call, Legacy Keeper) shipped 2026-05-06. We then received a client persona refresh and are now operating on the v2 architecture: Hannah replaces Wellness Warrior · Devin replaces Legacy Keeper with a gender + role pivot · Simone is new and acts as the cultural-permission gate.

- Fill in the intake. Mostly amending what we pre-filled. The 6 question buckets follow the operating rubric. ~15 minutes if you only correct vs. write from scratch.
- Confirm the locked persona system. Hannah · Devin · Simone supersede the v1 four-persona model. Mission-Driven Buyer + Self-Care Advocate are now sub-layers of Simone + Hannah respectively.
- Send three missing strategy docs. #11 Now-to-North-Star Bridge · #13 Retail Activation Matrix · #15 Mahogany Brief — Devin VMS. They're referenced in the feedback tracker xlsx; we don't have them.
- Approve next-ship plan. v2 production sweep re-casts the existing Angle 2 work under Hannah + Devin + Simone labels and adds a new Simone-specific 5-scene arc.
