Where the storyboards stand
First-ship work is complete. The v2 re-cast under the locked persona system is what's coming next.
Shipped — first ship
Angle 2 (Family Health Wake-Up Call) with 4 storyboards under the v1 model (Wellness Warrior, Self-Care Advocate, Mission-Driven Buyer, Legacy Keeper). 102 reference renders in hand.
In flight — v2 re-cast
Re-casting existing work under Hannah · Devin · Simone with canonical bottle photos. Hannah will use the Womens Multi premium PNG cutout as Input A.
Queued — Simone arc
A new 5-scene cultural-permission arc: group-chat rec · Essence Fest · Black-doctor endorsement · Target wellness-aisle · Essence Health editorial.
Hannah · The Intentional Health Investor
"I need something formulated with my body in mind — not a generic multivitamin."
v1 ship rendered · v2 re-cast pending
"Every morning. Same routine. Before the world asks anything of her, she invests in herself."
v2 re-cast notes: the original Wellness Warrior render anchors well to Hannah. Re-cast under hannah/ folder with Womens Multi bottle reference (currently uses Mens Multi). Apply the editorial-restraint guidance: more negative space, Better Daily mint accent more prominent, supplement-facts panel as visual hero.
Devin · The Watchful Protector
"I don't gamble with my family's health. I research it. I trust it. Then I commit."
v1 ship rendered · 4 scenes complete
"Heart disease runs in my family. So does diabetes. But so does taking action."
Scene set — 4 rendered
Scene 2 — Kitchen golden hour. Bottle on warm wood, sun stripes through blinds.
Scene 3 — Clinical data overlay. Dosages + sourcing transparency over warm earth tones.
Scene 5 — Trust pillars. 20% Pledge · Black-owned · Clean Label trifecta.
Scene 4
Sunday family table (rendered for Legacy Keeper v1, re-cast under Devin pending head-of-household pivot)
v2 re-cast notes: the v1 Legacy Keeper renders translate directly to Devin since the bottle reference is Mens Multi. Re-cast under devin/ folder. Update narrative arc to lean into the diagnosis-trigger storytelling and the "research-driven, head-of-household" framing.
Simone · The Wellness Tastemaker
"If it's not made for us, I'm not interested."
v2 build · 5-scene arc planned
Placeholder still from the v1 Mission-Driven Buyer "community table" render — the Simone arc will replace this with a dedicated 5-scene shoot.
"My group chat doesn't lie. Neither does the panel."
Simone test gate: every scene must pass all six points before render: made FOR us · year-round representation · no performative DEI · specific dosages · cultural credibility signals visible · no hidden ingredients.

How to give feedback on these
Three ways, lowest-friction first:
- Comment in the Intake page. Anything you want to call out on a specific persona goes in the bucket that fits (Taste for vibe / Visual for execution / Review for what should change). The intake submit pulls everything together for us.
- Email dan@productionsoup.io with the persona + scene tag (e.g. "Devin Scene 3 — please soften the data overlay").
- Slack — production-soup-intake. If you're already in the channel, tag the relevant scene in @Daniel.
